Description

Spend four weeks training and perfecting your Bench Press at real [FIT] life.

Learn how to optimally program your training sessions, improve your technique, fix your sticking points that are holding you back and LIFT MORE WEIGHT!

Train in a small group setting and get constant personalized coaching feedback as you train.

Each session includes proper warm up, thirty minutes training your squat, and twenty minutes of assistance work to help further strengthen your weak points.

This program is suitable for all levels. Your 4 week training program is specifically tailored to your current ability level and is individually designed.

Train in a private, welcoming studio setting. No waiting for equipment! Work on your own lifting rack!

Squat sessions are held every Saturday morning, from 10:30am - 11:30am on the following dates:

Saturday, October 21st
