Details

This program is designed for individuals who are just looking to get the momentum started with their training regimen. The training style may be scaled to anyone who wishes to improve their overall fitness and health; whether you have never worked out a day in your life or if you are currently working out and not seeing the results you would like, we are here to help! Age, fitness level, mobility preventions, workout knowledge and injuries are not relevant because our coaches are able to modify the workouts to accommodate each athlete. We start with the basics at a moderate pace while building on instruction and intensity as the group progresses together throughout the four weeks. It is a priority of the staff and coaches to understand the capabilities of each individual so that we know how to safely enable every athlete to reach their personal goals. FAQs 

- Are there ID or minimum age requirements to participate in the program?

Participants under the age of 18 must be registered for by a legal parent or guardian.

-What kind of ammenities does the facility offer?

There is air conditioning, free parking, handicap accessible showers, drink vending, and personal storage available to every athlete. 

- What are my transportation/parking options at the gym?

There is a parking garage above the gym and the garage entrance is located right next to the entrance of the gym. There are 2-hour visitor spots on floors 4-7 and free parking for Aim Higher athletes on the 8th floor. Paid street parking is available, however, they do not give tickets past 4:00pm so it is also "free!"

- What do I bring to the classes?

Whatever you are comfortable working out with! We recommend wearing some comfortable athletic shoes and regular workout clothes. Feel welcome to bring a snack, water bottle, and/ or trainning accessories.

- What's the refund policy?

Refunds are not available once the classes start on January 8th. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the program, we will work individually with you in order to figure out something that works for you.

    Our training style prioritizes injury prevention and proper form above all else. We are able to scale any workout to any individual that wishes to improve their physical health regardless of skill level, age, weight, mobility preventions and injuries. We believe that fitness is universal and we are willing to find something that works for anyone and everyone that walks through our doors. Our coaches will work hands-on with each member to make sure that they are prepared for the workout while also providing a challenging, yet comfortable, atmosphere to safely improve themselves.
