Mental strength is all about your ability to manage your thoughts, emotions, stresses and challenges in order to live a truly fullfilling life. Just like physical strength, mental strength needs to be practiced regularly in order to see the benefits.
In this seminar you will receive a 4-prong workout to get you into the best mental shape you've ever been in!
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
Mindfulness: the process of becoming aware of the sensations you feel both physically and mentally. By taking you off of auto-pilot and into the present, you notice the way your thoughts and emotions affect your physical body.
Emotional Regulation: this is not an approach that focuses on controlling your emotions, but rather becoming one with them. Instead of engaging in negative thoughts and emotions when they arise, you'll learn how to view them objectively in order to remain calm and at peace.
Self-Awareness: this is all about how well you know yourself. Are you open with yourself about your personal issues, or do you dodge them like the plauge?
Meditation: an ancient practice of becoming focused on the present moment and detaching yourself from the stresses in life.

Location: Park and enter at the Terminal Building (blue roof). The Conference Room is down the hall to the right after entering the two double doors into the building.
