If you are trying to achieve a goal that you're not getting in the way or time frame that you want, then something is clearly getting in your way. You may be trying with all your will to make it happen, however willpower will only last for so long. You may blame youreslf as you feel disappointed as you really want the goal that you think about on a regular basis.

Well, guess what its not your fault and the more you blame yourself, without you knowing it this actually adds to the problem. Many of us have negative behvaviour patterns that we are not actually aware of, we are not aware of how they work, why we have them or how or when is best to break that pattern. Affirmations, positive thinking or reading self help books, or trying to stick to strict regimes can only take us so far.

This one day workshops looks at the habit - being just that, a habit, a repeated behaviour cycle and once you look at the predictable behaviour you can step in, interupt it so you can stick to the plan or good intentions that you set for that day. You will be able to stop a bad habit before it gets out of control, and focus on what it is you want and how you can get it.
