Event Details

The Fight Gone Bad workout consists of five exercises, performed for one minute each, with one-minute breaks given after all exercises have been completed. This grueling five-station rotation is then repeated three times per person.

All money raised from the event goes directly to the Formal Fund.

  • The CrossFit workout will be ‘Fight Gone Bad’. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for 3 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. The stations are:
    1. Wall-ball (Reps)
    2. Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps)
    3. Box jump (Reps)
    4. Push-press (Reps)
    5. Row (Calories)
  1. The three divisions are:
    1. Male RX: 75 lb Push Press and High Pull, 20lb Wall Ball (10ft Target) and 20in Box
    2. Female RX: 55 lb Push Press and High Pull, 14lb Wall Ball (9ft Target) and 20in Box
    3. Scaled: 35 lb Push Press and High Pull, 10lb Wall Ball (8ft Target) and 20in Box (step ups are okay)
  • Prizes will be given in the Male RX division, Female RX division, and to the top Nightstalker competing in the Male RX division. Each participant will receive a T-Shirt, a raffle ticket with the chance to purchase more tickets at the event, and a great workout!

  • Event registration will begin at 0800 in the Hammerhead of BLDG 3025 (McCants Hangar) on April 27, 2013. The event will begin at 0900 with an explanation of each exercise and the standards required for a rep to count. Heats will be finalized the week of the event and posted to the official Facebook Page and be posted at the event during registration. The event will conclude at approximately 1230 with an awards presentation and raffle!

  • Prizes and raffle items are being donated from Hylete, DFS Lifestyle, Steve's Paleokits, At Large Nutrition, Relentless Gear, Crossfit Olympia and more!


What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Enter Ft. Lewis through the main gate via Exit #120 on I-5. If you have a DoD ID card, proceed to McCants Hangar and park anywhere inside the 4-160th SOAR (A) compound. If you do not have a DoD ID card, we highly recommend you carpool with someone who does (make sure you bring a driver's license). If that is not an option you can go through the visitor's center at the main gate for a visitor's pass. You will need a driver's license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance. If you are asked for a point of contact have them call the 4-160th SOAR (A) staff duty desk (253-968-6602) and they will check your name against the access roster. Please allow about 30 minutes for this process.
