The Young Professionals Board of TeamWomen is hosting the third annual TeamWomen WaveMaker Awards on October 11, 2018, with special guest emcee, KARE 11’s Lauren Leamanczyk.

This event is designed to recognize up-and-coming, high-potential women who demonstrate outstanding achievement, an entrepreneurial spirit, and initiative through leadership within their profession and community. Commit to being impressed, energized and inspired by this powerful event!

WaveMakers are pioneers in their field and are respected by their employers and/or peers. They demonstrate outstanding achievement, an entrepreneurial spirit, and initiative through leadership within their profession or the community. They serve to help the Minnesota business community while helping women achieve their own goals.

Five categories of awards will be given:

• Community Impact
• Company Champion
• Outstanding Mentor
• Unchartered Territory
• WaveMaker

Come to celebrate, recognize and support these WaveMakers who have made a profound impact on our community. Finalists in each category will be announced by September and winners will be announced during the program on October 11.

We will feature a Social Hour from 5-6 p.m. with complimentary appetizers, one free drink ticket, and networking with the best and brightest businesswomen in the metro area. The Awards Program will be from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
