3rd Annual South Florida Independent Retailer Awards

In the post-Covid19 retail environment, SFIRA® is needed more than ever.  This event gives kudos to the local businesses that make our community shopping centers special.  South Florida Independent Retailer Awards® (SFIRA®) brings together local favorites with shopping center owners for a day of productive fun.  All of the nominated businesses are already winners, but the excitement starts during the Live Voting where the audience picks the best out of the best.  Local Retailers will meet landlords that control in aggregate more than 75% of all retail space in South Florida.  This is the chance for amazing local retailers to get prime spaces and even beat out the national chains! Everybody wins when local retailers continue to expand and grow our local economy!!!

• 300 to 400 attendees comprised mostly of commercial real estate industry experts
• Minimum of 10 categories with 3 nominees per category. Nominees are based in South Florida and actively expanding.
