Our third annual plant-based symposium featuring an awesome lineup of nationally renowned plant-based nutrition and environmental experts!

About this Event

Join us for our 3rd Annual Plant Based Nutrition Symposium! We're back at the Blair Education Center (Park City Hospital) and we've got a great lineup featuring triple board certified physician Zach Bush MD, lifestyle physician Shipra Bansal MD, and documentary filmmaker and environmentalist Keegan Kuhn.

During the symposium, in addition to receiving top-rated education, you will also get the chance to get to know other attendees, exchange information, and make important connections with people who can help support you on your health journey. The symposium fee includes the cost of a whole food, plant-based breakfast and lunch. CME credits are available through the University of Utah School of Medicine.

About Our Keynotes:

Zach Bush, MD is one of the few triple board-certified physicians in the country - with expertise in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Metabolism, and Hospice/Palliative care. The breakthrough science that Dr. Bush and his colleagues have delivered offer profound new insights into human health and longevity. His education efforts provide a grassroots foundation from which we can launch change in our legislative decisions, ultimately up- shifting consumer behavior to bring about radical change in the mega industries of big farming, big pharma, and Western Medicine at large.

Shipra Bansal, MD is a board-certified Family Physician at North Country HealthCare, a community health center in Flagstaff, Arizona. She has been integrating Lifestyle Medicine into her clinical practice for 4 years and developed a group visit model for patients interested in treating their chronic disease with diet. Dr. Bansal is also a Regional Director of Medical Education with AT Still University School of Medicine in Arizona (ATSU-SOMA) and has been the Medical Director for the Sedona Health and Nutrition Conference for the past two years.

Keegan Kuhn is an award-winning American documentary filmmaker. He is best known for producing documentaries What the Health (2017), Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret (2014), and Turlock: The documentary (2013. His films focus on social justice topics of environmental, animal and human rights issues. Kuhn is the owner of First Spark Media, a video production company that caters to non-profit organizations and businesses.
