Description

We hope you will join us for our 3rd annual Oyster Dinner on the 25th. We bring together two of our favorite things, craft beer and oysters.

Paired beer dinner includes four oyster courses, each plate featuring a popular cooking method for every oyster. One of the featured beer pairings will be Dragon's Milk Reserve: Triple Mash (2017 vintage).


The Menu
Course 1: Raw Oysters
A selection of raw fresh oysters served on the half shell with lemons, hot sauce, Beer Barrel Bourbon cocktail sauce

Course 2: Stewed Oyster Ramen
Glazed pork belly, 6-minute egg, mustard greens, baby bok choy, ginger double ramen broth, fermented chili and black bean, noodles, oyster, soy sauce

Course 3: Oyster Bake
Creamed spinach, beer-naise, fried shallot, crispy pork skin

Course 4: Mushroom Crusted Grass-Fed Beef Ribeye
Corn fried oyster, potato puree, butter poached carrot, Bordelaise sauce

Finish: Take-away Sweets
