When & Where
Orange County Aging Services Collaborative
The mission of Orange County Aging Services Collaborative (OCASC) is to create and maintain an integrated network of services that address the needs of older adults and family caregivers in Orange County. Formed in summer 2009, OCASC sought to gather together every non-profit and governmental provider serving seniors in Orange County as a coordinated voice to advocate on behalf of the county's elderly population. We currently are comprised of 30 advisory and voting members. The collaboration among the OCASC member agencies has created significant change through enhancing inter-agency dialogue, conducting an annual OC Senior Living Needs Survey, holding town hall events, and educating legislators and key community stakeholders on the needs of older adults and family caregivers living in Orange County.
