College Ready Bahamas/CR2 and EducationUSA

College Ready Bahamas/CR2 is a non-profit consultant service company with a mission to empower young Bahamians in preparing for and applying to college and university.  In 2013 CR2 partnered with the US State Department in its global initiative – EducationUSA. CR2 is now the official host of EducationUSA Bahamas. At CR2/College Ready Bahamas we empower students with accurate, comprehensive, and current information about how to apply to U.S. colleges and universities. Our center works closely with the US Embassy Nassau to support the initiatives of EducationUSA. To preserve our objectivity among our 4700 US college affiliates, we do not accept US recruiter fees.  Like most non-profits we rely on our programs (such as the college fair), SAT Classes, college workshops and donations to help us provide our services to the wider community of promising students who otherwise might be overlooked.

EducationUSA is a U.S. Department of State network of over 400 international student advising centers in more than 170 countries. The network promotes U.S. higher education to students around the world by offering accurate, comprehensive, and current information about opportunities to study at accredited postsecondary institutions in the United States. EducationUSA also provides services to the U.S. higher education community to help institutional leaders meet their recruitment and campus internationalization goals. EducationUSA centers are located in U.S. embassies and consulates, Fulbright commissions, bi-national centers, universities, and non-profit organizations. EducationUSA Bahamas is hosted by CR2/College Ready Bahamas.

 EducationUSA Serves International Students
