Event description
3rd annual Back to School BBQ Extravaganza will be on August 24th in the Watts neighborhood. We will be giving away FREE Backpacks.

About this Event

The 3rd annual Back to School BBQ Extravaganza will feature food, games, music, community resource vendors, a kid lounge, raffles, a free backpack giveaway so much more WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. You don't want to miss this event.

This year, not only must you RSVP in order to receive your free backpack, but kids receiving free backpacks, MUST be present in order to receive them. There is also a limit of 5 per family simply because there is a great need. Even though you RSVP'd, we encourage you to get there early as we will not be holding bags for anyone.

Example. You RSVP'D for 4 backpacks, come to the event at 2:30pm and the 4 that you RSVP'd aren't' available.

We will be giving out supplies, while they last. So be sure to beat the rush to get your bag!

Anthony Singleton and the AMAAD Institute (Arming Minorities Against Addiction and Disease) would like to give a special thanks to PLS who have made this event possible for a 3rd straight year.
