Event description
Develop a clear and simple strategy that will drive confidence in predicting the future growth of your company and make it happen.

About this Event

Learn how to implement a strategic execution system that will lead your organization to predictable high growth.

The 3HAG (3-Year Highly Achievable Goal) Way will change how your team thinks about your business. You will develop a more robust strategy, build higher value, become more profitable, have a more significant impact, and experience greater satisfaction. It will build confidence in your plan and align your execution system to your strategy. Your team will learn how to:

  • confirm your advantages and spot key market opportunities
  • identify the priorities that address these opportunities
  • map your three-year plan, quarter by quarter and year by year
  • track progress and uncover needed changes to your 3 and 10+ year goals

Shannon Susko, a serial entrepreneur, best-selling author, CEO advisor, coach, and founder of The 3HAG Way will lead this workshop. To ensure that your leadership team gets the most out of this session, she will be assisted by four 3HAG coaches, Beth Fisher, Ken Lewis, Paulin Laberge, and Vivek Thomas, who, in addition to having implemented the 3HAG Way in their former companies, individually have decades of CEO and senior-level executive experience.

Why 3HAG?

This 3HAG workshop is designed to take your leadership team through a process that reduces a complex strategy, to a clear, simple, and implementable plan. It will enable your leadership team to focus on what will give you an advantage in your market and turn your strategy into a picture to help your entire organization make better and faster decisions. This strategic execution system will drive your company towards its 3 Year Highly Achievable Goal (3HAG).

This workshop is for you if…

  • You are questioning if your current strategy is effective (wanting to grow is NOT a strategy)
  • You feel stuck with tired approaches
  • You want to be able to separate the can-do from the must-do
  • You want greater clarity and predictability
  • You suspect your company needs an organizational refresh
  • You don’t know your competitive advantage
  • You need honest talk and a real commitment within your leadership team

Using this prescriptive framework, we will break your strategy down into a clear and simple picture – so clear and straightforward that the whole organization will be able to see why your company exists and where it will be in three years. This strategic clarity will align, engage, and empower your team to make confident decisions.

You will leave this workshop with:

  1. An Overview of the 3HAG Way Growth Framework
  2. Confirmation of your Foundations for Growth
  3. A Baseline Gutted Out 3HAG for your business
