Founder/Chief Designer, Morphi
Sophia Georgiou is the founder and chief designer of Morphi, a simple, powerful and easy to learn 3D design software for 3D printing, augmented reality, virtual reality, animation, visualization and more. http://www.morphiapp.com/ Morphi is used by people of all ages and skill levels in over 120 countries to design prototypes, products and inventions and teach STEAM subjects and maker education, among other things. Designs made by the Morphi community are posted at https://instagram.com/morphiapp/ Sophia is a designer/entrepreneur in residence at NYIT’s Technology Based Learning Systems focusing on educational technology and is part of the Fat Cat Fab Lab, one of NYC's top hackerspaces and Lady Tech Guild, an organization empowering women in technology.

Founder/Creative Director, Addicted To Retail, Inc.
Founder/Creative Director of ATR (Addicted To Retail, Inc.) in NYC and Retail Brand Manager at NIKE, Inc. leading consumer experience design programs, integrated brand initiatives, and activations across pinnacle level retail channels in NYC and along the East Coast including NikeLab (21 Mercer and Dover Street Market), the Nike x KITH Shops (Soho, Brooklyn and Miami), Concepts, Bodega, select Foot Locker and City Specialty stores. Prior to NIKE, Zak led thought-leadership where creative boundaries around digital and physical integration come together in-store for Google, Inc. as Retail 3D Design Manager in Silicon Valley. He has also designed and curated consumer experiences for adidas, Marvel, Jordan Brand, Gommi Arcade, House of Hoops, Ecko Unltd., Premium Goods and GAP, Inc.

The Canvas, powered by Querencia, is a multidisciplinary space aimed at addressing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.The Canvas welcomes creatives and entrepreneurs to gather for collaboration through workshops, installations, galleries, pop-ups, and experiences that support initiatives contributing to solving the world’s most critical social and environmental challenges. The Canvas holds over seventy brands from around the world, a Global Fashion Exchange Swap Shop and a Goodwill Donation Center. It’s second location in Antwerp, Belgium will be opening this fall.

Creative Director/Co-Founder, Wearable Media
Hellyn Teng is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Wearable Media, a fashion tech studio based in NYC, creating immersive, interactive apparels that senses the world around you. In 2018 the studio was selected as one of top 30 finalists for the LVMH Innovation Award. They are current members at NEW INC, a cultural incubator exploring new ideas at the intersection of art, technology, and design at the New Museum.

Head of Engineering/ Management, GIPHY
Bjorn Roche is Head of Engineering, Management at GIPHY, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining engineering culture, as well as directly overseeing technical projects for the web and mobile teams. Prior to GIPHY, Bjorn cofounded a startup called Shimmeo, which was used by tens of thousands of teenagers to create and automatically edit lip-sync'ed music videos. Bjorn has also developed software for commercial music recording studios, music-tech startups, and more. In his spare time, he enjoys hoop dancing, and attaching LEDs and fake eyelashes to things that desperately need them.
Creative Director, HEISEL
Named as one of the "25 Forward Thinkers Defining the Future of Fashion", "Top 100 Women in Wearable and Consumer Tech" and “12 Amazing People You Need to Know in New York Fashion Tech” Sylvia Heisel is a fashion designer and authority on product design for wearable tech. Her design lab for 3D printed wearables creates prototype garments and works with fashion brands to develop smart wearables and integrate 3D printing into their designs and supply chains. Recent pieces have been featured at Museo Ferragamo Florence, The Museum of Modern Art New York, Premiere Vision Paris and The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas and Shanghai.

NY Ambassador, Women of Wearables
A philanthropist, motivational speaker, brand strategist and entrepreneur, Amanda McIntyre-Chavis has an unquenchable passion for music, art and technology. She is the Chief Experience Officer and Founder of LegendFactory, an interactive brand management company and two new tech initiatives: Muzaik, a social media aggregator app and Myndfull, a wearable tech and wellness company. She is also the ambassador of the NY Chapter for Women of Wearables- Wearable Technology (W.O.W). Women of Wearables (WoW) is the first global organisation aiming to inspire, support and connect women in wearable tech, fashion tech, smart textiles, IoT, health tech and VR/AR. WoW has more than 15,000 members located around the globe.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Closest train stop would be 14th St./8th Av (A/C/E/L) or 14th St. Union Square (N/R/Q/W/4/5/6/L). There's parking nearby but please keep in mind this is in Meatpacking District. Parking may be hard to come by.
