**4:00 pm - Appetizers
Fresh Fruit, Berries with Brie, Stuffed Mushrooms, and Rolled Tacos.
**5:00 pm - Dinner Menu (GF = Gluten Free):
Amber Salad-Romaine and spring mix, strawberries, candied pecans and raspberry vinaigrette-GF
Grilled Alaskan Salmon- served with raspberry chipotle sauce-GF and Chicken Marsala- Flame grilled chicken breast finished in the oven served with mushroom Marsala sauce (2 entrees)
Squash Sauté- Zucchini and yellow squash sautéed in olive oil with purple onion, seasoned with salt and pepper-GF
