Event description

Description

38th annual Southern Undergraduate Sociology Symposium

Topic: Social Justice and the Sociology Imagination

Friday, February 28th & Saturday, February 29th

The SouthEastern Undergraduate Sociology Symposium (SEUSS) provides an opportunity for students to present their original research papers in a professional atmosphere. Preparing and presenting a paper is a great learning experience, which enhances both research and public speaking skills. Such skills, along with networking with other young scholars, boosts professionalization and pathways to graduate school, law school, public health, and future careers. In consultation with your advisor or former professor, consider submitting an excellent paper you have written in one of your sociology classes.

Please consult our SEUSS webpage for more information including updates, accommodations, fee registration and event schedule.
