About this event

Our Annual Meeting brings together key stakeholders to share the accomplishments from the previous year and strategic priorities for the upcoming year.

Iredell County Economic Development Corporation is a public-private partnership that promotes economic growth and stability in our community by supporting the creation of new jobs and encouraging investment.  We accomplish this through new business attraction, support of existing industry, building a world-class workforce, and collaboration with our community to build prosperity for all.

We have an outstanding panel planned with representatives who will share insights on project activity, product development and real estate investment, industry trends, population growth, and workforce in Iredell County.

Christopher Chung, Chief Executive Officer | EDPNC

Chris Chung, will share key factors driving NC’s success, as well as, trends in industrial development, industry clusters, and key focus areas of project activity within the State.

Caleb Moore, Regional Vice President | NorthPoint Development

NorthPoint Development recently announced plans to build 3.2 Million SF of industrial development on 400+ acres in Statesville, NC. Caleb Moore will provide insights on the strategic advantages of this area, drivers they are seeing within the industrial landscape, and community attributes that competitively position Iredell County for project investment.

Kathleen Rose, CCIM, CRE, President & CEO | Rose & Associates Southeast, Inc.

We look forward to having you join 200 business leaders from the public and private sectors in Iredell County, and the greater Charlotte Region, to celebrate the past year.
