Conference Registration Fee:
Before January 13: $225 (US), $275 (CAN)
After January 13: $250 (US), $300 (CAN)
Tuesday: 1 break; Evening Social with Hors'd
Wednesday: 2 breaks; Breakfast, Lunch and Banquet Supper
Thursday: 1 break; Breakfast and Lunch
Payments are accepted in the form of checks and credit cards:
Invoice/Check: Please complete the registration form on this site and an invoice will be emailed to the email address on the form.
Credit Card: Please follow the link to pay with a credit card. Third party fees will be applied to the final amount.
