For PUBLIC ATTENDEE Registrations, please choose the quantity of passes, and click "Register" below. Then, you will see the Order Summary screen, and have 60 minutes to complete the Registration Information. If you don't know all attendee names yet, set them to something temporary (like “TBA”) and change them later by logging back into Eventbrite using the Email you list for the "buyer" in your registration.

Early Rate available through Wed., 5/20/2020 ($55 thereafter; $60 on event day). Use this order item to purchase additional attendee passes for Exhibitors or Sponsors (beyond those included with the Booth or Sponsor package). As with their Sponsor/Exhibitor colleagues, these attendees receive a "Sponsor" or "Exhibitor" Badge that allow them to access the venue for load-in prior to the event per the Logistics Instructions. If you are associated with a Sponsor, but have a different company name, please indicate this in the Registration Notes in order to receive a "Sponsor" badge.

STUDENT ATTENDEE - Credential Upload Required (pdf/picture).
This form is for STUDENTS ONLY. MTUG has set up an affordable $25 rate for students in a tech training program -- 50% off the early purchase rate.

Qualifying students include students in 2 or 4-year programs, or in IT certification programs in a formal training center with a finite finish date. Students will be asked to also attend a brief student orientation on the event day. Student slots are limited and require pre-registration -- please sign up soon!

STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF STUDENT STATUS. The registration form at the next screen contains an upload field for submitting a picture/pdf of student credentials. You can upload multiple items in this field in a variety of formats (PDF, JPG, PNG, etc). These credentials must demonstrate your CURRENT, ACTIVE student status . Your uploads should not exceed 1 MB in size individually.

Public Attendees -- Join MTUG for our 33rd annual event on Thurs, June 11, 2020 -- The MTUG Information Technology Summit and Tradeshow!

MTUG's IT Summit is Maine's premier technology infrastructure conference, with 15 workshop topics that speak to the concerns and interests of IT professionals in all organizational sectors and industries, numerous networking opportunites, as well as 2 food events and door prizes! The exhibitors on the tradeshow floor will run the full array of IT services, from telco and ISP providers, managed services providers, contact center providers, training, IT management and support, software licensing and equipment dealers, data and storage management, and more.

General attendees are welcome to register at any time. Formal announcements and event details will be released beginning late March.

General public "Early Bird" Registration is only $50 through Wednesday May 20, 2020!

Attendance includes continental breakfast, buffet lunch, keynote speaker, afternoon dessert, workshops, and tradeshow floor access. Exhibitor passes permit load-in/load-out access to the Tradeshow. Passes are color-coded and labelled as Attendee, Speaker, Exhibitor or Student.

LOCATION: Holiday Inn by the Bay, 88 Spring Street, Portland

BOOTHS: 59 exhibit booths -- Booths and Sponsorships on sale from December, with some packages selling out as soon as February. Purchase in early January for best booth choices. 

WORKSHOPS: 14 educational sessions across 5 tracks, chosen by our nonprofit board via a public RFP.

NETWORKING: Approximately 500 attendees in the IT and telecommunications fields in Maine.  

The Maine Technology Users Group, for over 30 years, the independent nonprofit MTUG has been dedicated to bringing IT professionals together to share real technology experiences for the benefit of Maine businesses and communities.
