Meet the Presenter: 

John Izzo

Mr. John Izzo is a senior grant professional with almost 20 years of experience in the grant writing and fundraising fields. A former President of Randall Funding and Development, he has worked with a variety of clients across the United States. Previously he was a Legal Officer at the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C. and served as the Director for Grants and Programs at the Washington College of Law, American University. Over the course of his career he has worked with clients to secure tens of millions of dollars in funding for his clients. He also provides training and has spoken to groups across the country on how to secure grant funding. As a co-founder, John firmly believes that diversification of funding streams, including grants, is absolutely essential to the long-term health of any community or organization. He is also intrigued by the power of social media to create positive messages, reach out to those in need, and as a metric to help measure success
