CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received by UCLA Health by Friday, March 22, 2019, will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to Paige Kimrey at AKimrey@mednet.ucla.edu by 11:59 PM on Friday, March 22, 2019.

UCLA Health reserves the right to cancel any event or presentation due to any unforeseen circumstances. It also has the right to substitute presenters if those originally scheduled are unable to attend.
