"This new software will solve all our problems!” Well, maybe. Will it solve your problems, or simply digitize them and create new ones? We see companies large and small make this mistake frequently. Well-intentioned managers, in a big hurry to make an impact, invest in technological solutions before they thoroughly understand their entire business or software/system process. Our panel of accomplished tech entrepreneurs will discuss and debate the benefits, risks, and challenges of fixing process first. They will share their personal experiences as well as some high profile historic cases of success and failure.

This talk is for you if you are leading or would like to lead a technology organization. For non-executive tech and business professionals, this discussion will give you further insight into the challenges and tradeoffs that your leaders face every day.
