Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

An ID is required with the Wine Tasting ticket. You must have an ID to obtain a wristband to purchase wine.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is plenty of onsite parking. No worries and NO CHARGE! Call ahead 434-946-5168 and give us 1/2 hour notice if you are arriving in a large RV.  Overnight RV parking or camping is not permitted at the festival location.  Please see our website for a list of area campgrounds.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You may not bring any outside food or drink - baby bottles/food are the only exception! All bags will be inspected at the gate. Also, no high-backed/canopied chairs. Also, NO PETS - both for their safety and that of the attendees.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Yes, but you don't have to. The name on the ticket is the purchaser, not the attendee. Take a look at Transfer tickets to someone else

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, take a look at Change the info on your order or ticket

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, unless you have Eventbrite app or another app to store the ticket: http://www.eventbrite.com/eventbriteapp/

If the dog eats your ticket, we can look you up by name, so bring an ID!

What is the refund policy?

No Refunds

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

It's perfectly fine - the name on the ticket is the purchaser, not the attendee.  See Is my registration/ticket transferable? above.
