AFTER DINNER PRESENTATION: Repetitive Quality Issue,  Not Again

Why is it we are solving the same problem again?

•Ever wonder why we are trying to solve the same quality issues time and time again? We are very smart people and we have good CAPA processes. But yet we find ourselves in a situation where we are still having the same problem show up. What does this mean? What is the problem that we need to fix? We have trained people on CAPA and Six Sigma, but it’s not working. So where do we start?

•If this situation describes your organization then you will be considered normal. This is present at the typical industry that people work.

•I will explain why this happens in industry and what we can do as quality and continuous improvement experts to help improve reducing repetitive problems.

•You will learn an approach that will cause your organization to think different and to achieve a higher level of problem solving.

(Note: David gave a similiar presentation at the ASQ Raleigh Six Sigma Special Interest Group on Oct 23, 2018.  He also presented "How to identify, influence, and enable leaders to support Quality Systems and Lean Six Sigma Programs" at the May 15, 2018 Quality in the Triangle Conference.)

BEFORE DINNER PRESENTATION?: To be determined.
