* Discover medicinal uses for seasonal wild plants

* Learn how to forage with a sustainable approach to the habitat

ABOUT YOUR TOUR GUIDE

RunsFiercely is First Nations from The St’at’imc Nation. Her

education on natural plant food and medicine started when she was a young girl, passed down from her Grandmother. She has a bachelors in nursing that has bolstered her studies of plant medicine. Her passion for food sovereignty and desire to live off the land drives her studies
