It's been 30 years since we left The Comp! Ever wondered where everyone ended up? Where did they move? Did they get married? Do they have kids - or grandkids! What do they do for a living? Facebook has helped some of us stay in touch, but partying for a night together sounds so much better!!!

The reunion party will be held in the Madison Ballroom at the Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport - Polo Park.

We'll start the evening with a Cocktail Reception from 5:30 – 6:30 pm, giving everyone a chance to mingle and get reacquainted! There will be a cash bar set-up and we’ll have badges for everyone too, so we don’t have to strain too hard to recognize each other!

During Dinner from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, we'll take a walk down memory lane with old photos up on the big screens! Plus we're hoping to track down a few of our teachers and hear from some notable grads. There will be a full buffet dinner with lots of selections for those with dietary restrictions.

Finally, we’ll have a DJ and Dancing starting around 8:30 pm ! You'll definitely hear some songs from the 80's to start the night and then we'll work our way through the decades! The cash bar will remain open for the evening, so if you plan to drink, plan ahead! The Holiday Inn is offering discount rooms. Click this link for the special event rate of $127.

FAQs

Should I bring my significant other? Yes! Partners are invited! But if you'd rather fly solo - no worries. There will be many of us that attend alone!

Will there be assigned seating? No. You can choose who to sit with when we open the ballroom doors around 6:00 pm.

I require a vegitarian / gluten free meal. There will be both options available in the buffet.

What is the dress code? Dress to impress! Most of us are, or will be 48 this year, so let's use the occasion to dress up and party! Consider your favorite little black/summer dress or your best shirt and jacket - and of course, your dancing shoes!

Is there an minimum age requirements to enter the event? - Yes. Adults only.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? If you are travelling iinto town by air, there is a free shuttle to/from the aiport. There is also ample free parking.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?Y It would be nice, but not required. Your online ticket is fine too. We will have your name on a list at the door and a badge ready when you arrive.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? No. Please ensure the name on the ticket is correct as we will be using them to prepare your badge.

If I didn't graduate, can I still come? Yes. If you were in the Class of '88 and either didn't graduate or left before school was over, we still invite you to attend.

What does the ticket price cover? The cost of the ticket will JUST cover the dinner, room rental, badges, and DJ -- as long as we get 125 people who buy tickets! This event is being operated on a break-even basis. A seperate bank account has been set-up to ensure transparency. No money is being paid to the organizer except to cover the pre-paid costs (e.g. hotel deposit, web site hosting, badge materials, etc.) At the end of the event, a financial report will be prepared and publihsed. If there is a surplus, left over money will be donated to the school.
