30th Annual School Health Conference - Exhibitor Registration

The School Nurses Organization of Arizona in collaboration with The Arizona Department of Education would like to provide you with an opportunity to be a 2017 Exhibitor or Conference Sponsor for our "AMP It Up" 30th Annual Conference. Your support provides an opportunity for us to continue to provide professional development opportunities and much needed training to school nurses and health personnel across the state. We appreciate your consideration in supporting our efforts.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY AND GENERAL INFORMATION *Please keep in mind the deadlines must be adhered to for all printed materials, banners, etc.
SPONSORSHIP GOLD - Includes: One exhibit table package, display of the sponsoring organizations provided banner or signage at the General Session on the day of the sponsored speaker’s presentation, acknowledgement during the general session on the day of the presentation, a full page advertisement in the conference booklet, up to two complementary lunches for sponsoring organizations representatives for donations of $2000.00
SILVER - Includes: One exhibit table package, display of the sponsoring organizations provided banner or signage on the day of the session, a half page advertisement in the conference booklet, acknowledgement during the sponsored session on the day of the presentation, up to two complementary lunches for sponsoring organizations representatives for donations of $1000.00.
BRONZE - Includes: One exhibit table package, A quarter page advertisement in the conference booklet, up to two complementary lunches for sponsoring organizations representatives for donation of $500.00
Scholarship - Many attendees have to pay out-of-pocket to attend the seminar, due to school district budget cuts. SNOA has initiated a scholarship program to assist deserving Health Office staff with attending the seminar.
EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITY AND GENERAL INFORMATION

DATES Seminar is July 6, 7, & 8, 2017 Exhibits are Friday, July 7th, 2017
LOCATION Wigwam Resort: 300 E. Wigwam Boulevard, Litchfield Arizona 85340
EXHIBIT FEES Includes: one six foot draped table, two chairs, a generic table sign provided by request. Additional tables can be reserved, for a fee (see the Eventbrite registration at SNOA.org for additional information)
Exhibits, displays, acknowledgements and advertisements for designated sponsorships of conference events can be arranged directly with SNOA for special consideration
PAYMENT To ensure a space at the exhibit event, the registration form and full payment should be received by June 15, 2017 See SNOA.org website for more information and Eventbrite registration.
CANCELLATION If the exhibit event should be cancelled, due to circumstances beyond the control of the School Nurses Organization of Arizona, the exhibitor shall waive any claims of damages or compensation. If you are unable to attend the exhibit event, after registering, a written notice of cancellation is requested no later than June 15, 2017.
CONFIRMATION Confirmation of your registration will be sent out by Eventbrite.
SET-UP All exhibits must be set up on Friday, July 7th, by 7:30am. The exhibit hall will be available, for set-up at 6:30am. Exhibits must be taken down and removed by 5:00 PM. Attendees will visit the exhibits from 7:30am-8:30am (Breakfast with the exhibitors), 11:30-11:45 (before lunch) and throughout the day in between breakout sessions.
SECURITY It is advised that exhibits be staffed by at least one person during the exhibit hours. The School Nurses Organization of Arizona or any of its supporters are not liable for damages or loss due to theft, fire, accident or any destructive causes. Exhibitors are advised to insure their own exhibit, display and materials.
RESORT The Wigwam Resort room rate for the conference is $91 per night for a single or double room.
*Please note as a participant of the School Nurses Organization of Arizona in collaboration with The Arizona Department of Education "AMP it Up" 30th Annual Conference photos may be taken at the Wigwam Resort and used for publicity or general information purposes and may be seen by the general public. SNOA always strives to present individuals in a complimentary, culturally-sensitive and appropriate manner.
