Description

Celebrate the Year of the Rat at the 30th annual Phoenix Chinese Week Culture and Cuisine Festival. Presented by Phoenix Chinese Week and Phoenix Sister Cities, Inc., this three-day festival features continuous live entertainment including dragon and lion dances, folk dances, musical and cultural performances, and martial arts demonstrations.

Test your skill using chopsticks at the chopstick challenge, be transformed into an imperial prince or princess for a selfie in full traditional Chinese costume with props, try your hand at Chinese paper cutting, learn how to use the abacus, have your English name translated into Chinese characters, and more.

Other attractions include a Chinese tea ceremony, vegetable carving demonstrations, Chinese paper cut exhibit, koi fish exhibit, delicious Chinese food, a beer garden, and souvenir booths.
