Hands Across The Valley is the only organization that raises money specifically for the safety net food programs in Napa County – including The Food Bank, Meals on Wheels and other vital programs that serve those in need from American Canyon to Calistoga. By joining hands with you - our community partners – we have been able to raise millions of dollars to fund these organizations.
