30th Anniversary ILCNSCA: Services and Advocacy for an Independent Life
ILCNSCA was founded in April,1987 by some adults living with disabilities on the North Shore and Cape Ann who were committed to independent living, consumer control, self-determination, and choice. For our 30th Anniversary we invite all to come together to celebrated the advances for civil rights and independent living that have been achieved during our 30 years of services and advocacy within 25 municipalities from Melrose to Rockport, across the Commonwealth of MA, throughout the USA as well as globally. As one of a network of close to 400 centers for independent living in every states and territory, and as one of eleven centers in MA, we are excited to share a few hours celebrating our 30th anniversary with all who have and are committed to full inclusion and participation in all aspects of our communities by those of us of all ages with all types of disabilities. Hope to see you on April 27 2017 at the Kernwood Country Club from 4:30 to 7 PM for some hors d'ouerves, cash bar (one drink ticket with each RSVP eventbrite ticket), testimonials, awards, and sharing of fun and stories. Celebrate 30 Years and still going strong ILCNSCA!
Many community businesses and organizations are kindly sponsoring this event, and tickets are $30, more if you can, less if you cannot. Please register as space has a limit, so early registration is strongly suggested! Celebrate our 30 Years as a local, community based, services and advocacy agency dedicated to Independent Living and choice and consumer control . Nothing about us without us! See you on April 27, 2017!
