Cherish Yourself is a totally integrated wellness center, offering mind, body and spirit health alternatives. Join us in the meditation room for a guided meditation that will allow you to relax and let go of worrying thoughts. You will take a trip through nature in your mind and focus on pleasant surroundings. This will be accompanied by native American flute music. You will then have the techniques to help calm yourself and enjoy the each day as it unfolds.
This complimentary guided meditation session is for anyone interested, no experience necessary. Meditation helps boost our immune, improves sleep, and increases feelings of happiness. Even if you feel fine, meditation is wonderful for overall mental and physical health. Ann McKenzie, Energy Practitioner & Raleigh Native will be leading the meditation.
