Description

This 30-day Mindfulness Practice group will focus on helping you to bring mindfulness into your everyday routine from meditating to eating mindfully. Material will be offered in a closed Facebook group and will include live, weekly group meetings over Zoom, an online meeting platform. The group will include:

  • Daily guided meditations
  • Virtual group meetings
  • Daily mindful Challenges
  • Journal prompts
  • Text-Based feedback and support

The group will be led by Peak Brain mindfulness teacher Samantha Snowden.

Zoom meetings will be held on the following Wednesdays at 8pm PST:

January 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd.

We will cover topics related to:

  • Being present and grounded during the holidays
  • Mindful Eating
  • Boosting and Maintaining your physical health
  • Establishing a regular meditation practice
  • Emotional Resiliency
  • Attention and Focus
  • Communicating mindfully
