Within this 30 day challenge, you'll be part of a private Facebook group that receives weekly yoga classes, weekly meditation classes, weekly plant-based practice challenges and plant-based meal ideas as well as a TWO HOUR IN PERSON WORKSHOP! Here's the scoop!
