The Fiercely Holistic Podcast hosts a 30-day guided elimination challenge to lose weight, increase energy, sleep better & boost confidence.

About this Event


Join Kristen Mihaly & Ciara Shea, from The Fiercely Holistic Podcast, for a 30-day guided elimination challenge where we remove the most inflammatory foods in your current diet, adding in nutrient-dense whole foods, movement, and self-care practices help your body regain balance. In just 30 days we will guide you to a renewed version of yourself! You can expect to lose weight, increase energy, sleep better, boost confidence, and feel lighter.


This 30-day challenge will be hosted in a private Facebook group, beginning March 23 to April 17. Once a week we will host a Facebook live to answer any questions and go over that weeks challenge.

As beta group participants, in exchange for a highly discounted rate, we ask for feedback and testimonals!


Guidance and support through the 30-day elimination of gluten, dairy, and sugar. Each week we'll be adding in support to help your body regain balancing by ensuring your properly hydrated, digesting optimally, moving your body and incorporating stress-reduection and self-care pracitces.

This is not a fad diet nor will it require shakes and/or calorie deprivation. Instead, we're incorporating real, nutrient-dense whole foods. You will not be required to purchase supplements or any speciality foods. With this 30-day guided elimination challenge our goal is to help your body reset and rejuvenate!
