3 week Flexibility course - April

Always wanted to be more flexible? In this class you will work on a variety of different stretches to loosen up the hips and hamstrings in preparation for the splits. Open to all flexibility levels, whether you just want to be able to touch your toes or can already do the splits, everyone is welcome.
This will be run as a course spread over 3 weeks on the following Wednesdays at 7-8pm in April:
Wednesday 12th April
Wednesday 19th April
Wednesday 26th April
Consistent flexibility training is the best way to see faster progress, and in this weekly class you'll be able to work at your own pace in a supportive setting.
Mats are provided. Changing facilities are available.
