Event description

Description

As women entrepreneurs we work too hard to project the perfect image, whether it’s through our marketing message and brand, or our outer presence and personal style.

Here’s the problem with that. When you’re working so hard to say or wear the right thing, people can’t feel the real you. It doesn’t matter if you’re the best at what you do if people can’t connect with you and your message. Because it’s not your perfection that attracts people, it’s your presence.

There are two main ways we express our presence as business owners. (1) Through our marketing, and (2) through our professional appearance. Both are critically important to how your message is received and how effective it is with your audience. But we all know, it’s not always that easy, is it? In this workshop, we'll be taking a unique look at how to strengthen our presence and express it through our marketing, as well as our professional appearance. (And I'm thrilled to announce that special guest speaker Katherine Johnson of Spark will be joining us to lead this workshop!)

Presence Through Marketing

When it comes to your marketing, it can be a huge challenge to land on the right message. How do you create a compelling marketing message that doesn’t sound like everyone else’s? In what ways can you truly stand out from your competitors and capture the attention of the clients you serve? We’re going to unpack what it really takes to strengthen your message and stand out. We’re going to show you the mindset behind strong marketing, as well as the mechanics of creating an authentic message.

Presence Through Professional Appearance

Do you know what your presence is broadcasting? Before you even say a word, your appearance is creating the filter through which everything you say and do is evaluated. People are making decisions about your trustworthiness and competence in the blink of an eye. Whether you realize it or not, your appearance will either invite people in or push them away. Make sure that your presence isn’t sending mixed messages that make it confusing or hard for your audience to connect with you and hear your powerful message. We are going to explore the tools and techniques to show up with an outer appearance that amplifies your message and sparks greater confidence, credibility and connection.

You’ll be amazed at how freeing it can be to let go of perfection and focus on authentic presence - in your marketing, in your personal style, and in the way you show up in all areas of your business. And that’s exactly what we’re going to teach you to do in this workshop.

TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS WORKSHOP INCLUDE:

  • Learn what makes a strong marketing message and how you can strengthen yours
  • How to focus your message in a way that reflects your unique essence
  • Ways to position your expertise in a way that feels natural and comfortable
  • Learn to avoid visual distractions that could be undermining your message
  • Tools and techniques that make it easier for people to hear you as a speaker or leader

It’s time to upgrade the conversation! Join us for this hands-on workshop so you can amplify your message and increase your impact as your business grows.
