In a year fraught with uncertainty and a seemingly endless cycle of bad news, many of us are left wondering, when will it end? While feeling a sense of doom and gloom right now is certainly normal, there’s also ample opportunity to add new coping skills into your mental wellness toolkit.
Blood & Milk is proud to present a conversation with mental healthcare provider, Two Chairs, on what we can do to manage our mental health in times of uncertainty. Join us to learn new ways to take care of yourself, and leave feeling empowered to implement them into your day-to-day.

- A guided breathing exercise for grounding ourselves and decompressing from stressors
- A deep dive into tools like mindfulness, reframing, and setting boundaries, as well as how to use these tools in action
