3 pm Stand Up Paddle Board

Requirements/restrictions: Lutsen Resort Guests, 10 and older. Provide reservation confirmation # upon sign-up. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What to bring/wear: Water bottle, sun protection, towel, swimwear or clothes that may get wet, and shoes or sandals that may get wet. Clothing layers appropriate to the day’s weather.

We provide: Lifejacket(PFD), transportation, paddles and boards.

Tour description: Within the friendly confines of Caribou Lake, the increasingly popular sport of Stand Up Paddle Boarding (or SUP for short) is available to Lutsen Resort guests. Around the world, folks are attempting to SUP big waves and fast rivers, but we’ll provide a pleasant introduction and safety overview before setting out on Caribou Lake. The board is like a wider and more stable surfboard, while the paddle is a longer version of a canoe paddle.

Cancellations: Must be cancelled 24 hours prior to tour start, to accommodate for this increasingly popular activity. **A $10 dollar fee/no-show fee will be charged to a guest reservation for each spot unable to be filled by guests on the waitlist.
