At the conclusion of this session, you will be able to:
1. Understand how to effectively show homes to a buyer prospect/client
2. Activities leading up to the offer, which includes communication with the client, timelines, and making an offer that will serve your client.
3. Utilize the GAR Contract to present an offer and handle earnest money.
This class is a HYBRID class. You may attend in person at the Roswell Campus or via Zoom.
