This course is a review of each provision of the GAR New Construction Purchase and Sale Agreement and comparison with the resale Purchase and Sale Agreement, with similarities and differences between the two forms discussed. Whether an agent deals solely with new construction or is only occasionally involved in such transactions this course is essential to understanding the differences.
