3-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Now Available at Hilton Anaheim’s Poppy Restauran

Poppy’s, the newly renovated restaurant inside Hilton Anaheim, is offering a limited-time three-course dinner menu through January 11, 2026. Led by Executive Chef Prabeen Prathanpan, Poppy’s showcases modern California flavors just steps from the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland® Resort.

The prix fixe experience includes a choice of starter, entrée, and dessert, featuring starters such as the Side Green Salad or Smoked Tomato Bisque, entrées like the Route 66 Chicken Club, Pan-Roasted Salmon, or Pacific Linguine, and desserts including Seasonal Berries and Cream, Warm Poppy Seed Cake, or Dark Chocolate Espresso Mousse. The menu is available during dinner service only from 4:00 PM-10:00 PM and offers guests a warm, flavorful dining experience throughout the winter season.
