2nd LCF Psychology in Fashion Postgraduate Conference

You are warmly invited to attend the 2nd LCF Psychology of Fashion Postgraduate Conference. This annual event will be held at London College of Fashion, showcasing work from MSc Applied Psychology in Fashion and MA Psychology for Fashion Professionals.
We are delighted to have two outstanding keynotes who will open and close the conference. Their areas include the psychology of body image, appearance, diversity and inclusivity:
Prof Caryn Franklin MBE - Professor of Diversity at Kingston University and a graduate of the MSc Applied Psychology in Fashion. Please see http://franklinonfashion.com/
Dr Phillippa Diedrichs - research health psychologist at the Centre for Appearance Research specialising in body image and eating disorders prevention. Phillippa is passionate about conducting innovative applied research that has the capacity to make meaningful and measurable improvements to health.
In addition to the keynotes, students from MSc Applied Psychology in Fashion and MA Psychology for Fashion Professionals will present their final major project proposals concerning human behaviour in the context of fashion in oral presentations or as conference posters. The audience will be invited to contribute to discussions which will take place throughout the day.
This event would be of interest to anyone interested in human behaviour within the context of fashion. It is open to staff and students at UAL and other Higher Education establishments as well as members of the public.
Tea, coffee and lunch will be provided.
