2nd INTERNATIONAL COLUMBIA COACHING PROGRAM CONFERENCE
Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 8:30 AM - Friday, October 21, 2016 at 3:00 PM (EDT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
The 2016 Biannual International Columbia Coaching Conference will bring together a community of scholar-practitioner coaches, researchers, scholars, graduate students and others who operate in the broader spaces of strategic talent development. Our 2016 conference theme is timely, given the leaders we serve are called upon to effectively navigate a 21st century workspace, increasingly characterized as a VUCA world (i.e., volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous!)
The conference will focus on ways executive and organizational coaching can leverage its multi-disciplinary nature (i.e., bridges), while expanding its reach beyond individuals—attending to the intentional integration of coaching with other learning, change, development, growth and performance processes, in and for, organizations!

Columbia Coaching Certification Program + Columbia Coaching Learning Association
Columbia Coaching Certification Program
Columbia Coaching Certification Program (CCCP) is a coach education and training and certification program jointly sponsored by the Teachers College (Columbia University's Graduate School of Education) and The Executive Education Division of The Columbia Business School. Program participants navigate a path towards mastery of the Coaching Foundations. Participants begin by developing a solid understanding of four guiding principles found to differentiate highly effective coaches, the High Impact Coaching Process, and intensive practice with nine core coaching competencies. The primary aim of the certification process is to help participants chart their path towards an individualized coaching approach. These building blocks provide coaches and their clients with a solid platform for co-creating the unique paths needed to achieve the results they truly desire.
Columbia Coaching Learning Association
Columbia Coaching Learning Association (CCLA) is exists to serve as a community of practice for CCCP graduates as well as scholars, practitioners, scholar-practitioners, researchers, students, talent management professionals and others who are interested in the study and practice of executive and organizational coaching in the context of Columbia’s Coaching Foundations and our core belief that coaching enhances both organizational performance and human potential. Together, we seek to leverage the power of imagination and co-creation by convening conferences, conducting and disseminating research, developing advanced learning opportunities and offering collaborative e-forums for networks of coaches to stay connected.
