Event description

Description

The International Organisation of Employers (IOE) together with the Confederation of German Employers (BDA) and Deloitte is pleased to invite you to the second IOE Global Employers Summit: making the G20 a success on 17 May 2017 in Bad Neuenahr, Germany.

The Summit is organised back-to-back with the G20 Labour Ministerial on 18 and 19 May in Bad Neuenahr and will bring together high-level representatives from global companies, international organisations, employers' organisations and institutions, to explore key areas of interest for business in the G20 process, including the economic implications of Brexit, the 2016 U.S. election result, making global supply chains more sustainable, bringing more women and youth into employment, and much more.

The event will conclude with a joint IOE-BDA-BIAC-ITUC-TUAC-Deloitte dinner with G20 Labour Ministers, which will allow for an informal exchange with Ministers and key policy actors on policy developments and trends.

Participants are expected to arrange and cover the cost of their own travel and accommodation. Pre-blocked rooms have been reserved in the two separate hotels in Koblenz (~45min from the venue) and transportation by bus to the venue will be arranged free of charge. Participants are required to make their booking individually either in the Diehls Hotel (167 euros/night) or in the the Contel Hotel (110,5 euros/ night). Rooms are to be paid directly at the hotel.

Kindly note that places are limited and will be based on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Should you have any question please do not hesitate to contact Matias Espinosa (espinosa@ioe-emp.com).
