$350 for food vendors. $250 for non Food vendors. Message or call for discount code. *food vendors are required to provide tastings/samples for at least 200 people. Selling is ok, but samples have to be provided to attendees. *Tables must be well presented. For food vendors, please no wire racks. Real chaffing dishes only. *NYHPC will provide tablecloths for all tables, 6 foot table 2 chairs, no electricity Booths are on a first come, first serve basis. All payments are final. $200 CASH PRIZE to the table with the best Display

 A La Carte: Food & Culture Festival presented by NYHPC & Gran Pan Pan


The 2nd annual Food & Culture Festival  will be held at Brooklyn Common, on Sunday, July 30th, 2017 is the first one of it's kind in NYC should showcasing the Caribbean and African Cuisine and culture

hosted by Dahved Levy of WBLS 
featured chefs include Corporate Executive Chef Patrick of BB King Bar & Grill
Chef Natacha Gomez and cookbook author, Nadege Fleurimond.
 
style show by Sabine's Hallway and musical entertainment by Bohio Music and Casym Steel Pan Band
 
Some Food samples will be provided by vendors but all vendors will have big portions of their dishes available for purchase!
 
 
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
 
The NYHPC Food & Culture Festival exists to:
* showcase, promote, celebrate, and educate the community and visitors about Caribbean and African food & culture via a festival that everyone all ages can enjoy. There will live entertainment, DJs , and fun activities throughout the day in addition to the vast array of vendors selling all types of food and providing tasting samples of their products.
 
VENDORS WANTED: Food, Beverage, Jewelry, Fashion, & etc.

The New York Haitian Promoter’s Coalition (NYHPC)

The New York Haitian Promoter’s Coalition (NYHPC) is a member based organization that aims to provide a platform that will present a united front amongst event promoters, event planners and party producers servicing the New-York market. Through well developed and executed events in music, art, and education, the coalition seeks to encourage and develop well structured programs that will advance the general public’s knowledge of Haitian culture and people. By consolidating the physical and economic prowess and resources of its members, NYHPC ‘s mission is to create an environment that will foster shared governance, integrity, accountability, which will enable NYHPC members to reach their event goals in the areas of customer satisfaction, finance, logistics and production.
