SNAP will hold our 2nd annual Founders' Fund event on Sunday, October 30th, 2pm at Estabrook School in Lexington. This event benefits the SNAP Founders' Fund, a sustainability fund that pays tribute to our founders, Marilyn Abel and Judith Goldner. This is our most important fundraiser of the year and we need your support!
The theme of our program this year is "One Voice." SNAP is excited to have The Radcliffe Choral Society perform with us at the event. SNAP and Radcliffe Choral Society will work together on the program, culminating in a concert that reflects one voice raised in song.
The Radcliffe Choral Society, founded in 1899, is a treble choral ensemble at Harvard University, currently under the direction of Dr. Andrew Clark. The ensemble performs a distinctive repertoire spanning nine centuries of choral literature: sacred and secular, a cappella and accompanied, collaborative and choral-orchestral. The Radcliffe Choral Society aims to foster the appreciation and enjoyment of women's choral music through the commission of new works for women's voices, high-caliber performances, and domestic and international travel, striving to honor its history and further its legacy.
The event will also include an art sale from our Special Artists, silent auction, raffle and refreshments. Tickets for the event are $40 each.
