Event Agenda

Morning Session: Keynote Speaker Dr. Wendy Ellis

We are excited to announce that the morning session will be facilitated by nationally known speaker and scholar, Dr. Wendy Ellis (DrPH), Project Director of Building Community Resilience. The Building Community Resilience (BCR) collaborative and its networks are implementing a model based on her research in designing a strategic process for child health systems to address Adverse Childhood Experiences occurring in Adverse Community Environments --- the “Pair of ACEs.” Dr. Ellis will share some of the tools that she has developed through her work with BCR.

*Lunch will be served on-site and will be covered by the event registration fee

Afternoon Session: Breakouts

The afternoon session will be dedicated to sharing promising practices and lessons learned about community initiatives to strengthen efforts among Collaboratives across the state.
