Description

GreenLatinos will host the 2nd Annual EnvironmentalForum, "The State of the Environment: Latinx Communities Fighting Climate Change" to bring together local and national Latino leaders to discuss some of the most pressing environmental and conservation issues facing the Latino community. The event will include dynamic panels and speakers covering key issues related to climate change including public health impacts from environmental protection rollbacks, the cultural connections Latinos have to the environment and conservation, and environmental activism.

The event will take place Wednesday, September 25, 2019, in Washington, D.C. from 6:00 P.M. - 8:30 P.M. Location will be announced in the coming weeks. The environmental forum is taking place during Greenlatinos L.E.A.D. week, to learn more and engage visit www.greenaltinoslead.org.
