Join the Cincinnati Boychoir for our second annual Scavenger Hunt through the Cincinnati's downtown, east and westsides!

About this event

Event Description

Join the Cincinnati Boychoir for a fun, educational tour through iconic sites in west, east, and downtown Cincinnati, collecting clues for our second annual Boychoir Scavenger Hunt! Participants will have the choice to complete a 6 stop route through Cincinnati's East or West sides, each culminating in a 3 stop route downtown. These two journeys will connect you to both Boychoir history and to this city that we’re proud to call home.

Successful game entries for either the east and west path will be entered to win raffle prizes, and you will get 2 raffle entries if you successfully complete both. Gameplay can be completed at your own pace, and each path should take a couple hours if done all at once. All stops are outdoors, and each cluster of clues are close by and generally walkable.

Scavenger Hunt Key Dates

June 9 - Registration Deadline (to guarantee swag box and t-shirt). Registrations received after this date will receive physical materials while supplies last. PDF versions of the program booklet will be made available to all participants.

June 24-26 - Packet Pickup from 10am to 4pm at Aronoff Center for the Arts, Fifth Third Bank Theater Lobby at the corner of 7th St and Main St.

June 24-July 5th - GAME ON! Entries must be received no later than 11:59PM on July 5th, 2022 to be considered for prizes.

July 6th - Winner Announcement

Registration Pricing

Individual: $40 - includes 1 entry per route, 1 t-shirt, 1 swag box

Family: $100 - includes 3 entries per route, 3 t-shirts, 3 swag boxes

Add-On Package (to Family Registrations Only): $20/person, includes 1 extra entry per route, 1 t-shirt. Max 2 per family registration.

Registration Details:

  • To guarantee swag boxes and t-shirts registrations must be completed by June 9th.
  • To receive game play packets, registrants must make arrangements to pick up packets between 10am-4pm, June 24th-26th at the Aronoff Center for the Arts, Fifth Third Lobby (655 Main St). Distribution cannot otherwise be guaranteed.
  • Late registrations will be accepted through July 5th, and all recipients will receive a pdf copy of the game play booklet.
  • Physical materials will be distributed to late registrants while supplies last, and distribution cannot be guaranteed.
  • Registration is required to be eligible for raffle prizes. 1 entry = 1 ticket into raffle (upon successful completion of scavenger hunt of either route, completing both routes will net you 2 raffle entries).
  • Add-on packages may only be purchased as an add-on to a family registration.
