Description

The Arizona Fall Prevention Coalition invites all health professionals and community members to our 2nd Annual Stand Up to Falls Symposium and Community Event. Come and learn from experts across the field and network with a businesses and partners of the coalition. This year we are offering separate professional and community tracks.


The morning session includes the professional track which will run from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

**This session is for professionals and will include CEU's and lunch, the cost is $20 per ticket**

Dynamic Interactive Schedule to Include:

  • Workshops

  • Education Sessions

  • Networking Opportunities, and Much More!

Lunch will be provided

CEU's available for professionals


The afternoon session includes the community track which will run from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

**This session is open to all community members and professional members interested in attending. This session will include community-based fall prevention education and lunch, and is free to all who attend**

  • Phoenix Fire Department- Lift Assist

  • Home Safety Presentation

  • Medication Management

  • Balance and Exercise
